We assume that you are not stressed. Are you sitting at the breakfast table with a watch and already have a meticulous schedule for the day in your head, or are you more laid back to enjoy the finer things in life? Sensual selection with “Ménage à trois”

For breakfast, you have the choice. So that the decision is not too difficult for you, we have put together three different set menu options. Three breakfast menus in“Bellevue-Style” with a choice of a la carte dishes, such as various Tartar varieties, egg dishes including classics such as egg in a glass or “Bircher” muesli. Something sweet and tasty will also be a part of the breakfast, such as waffles with maple syrup and berries or porridge “a la Bellevue” with cane sugar, limes and redcurrants.

In addition a “Ménage Plus”

We call it MENAGE PLUS - our mobile buffet element, which takes care of that extra bit of choice and service at breakfast. Let our chefs fillet our local marinated rainbow trout for you or take an organic cheese from the cheese board with a little bit of truffle honey or a mini glass of homemade granola with berries and natural yoghurt. Pastries and coffee as well and your breakfast have fulfilled all your wishes for an indulgent start to the day – freshly served, tastefully presented and available at anytime.
